Subject: Announcement of the Annual General Meeting of CAMMAC, of a Special General Assembly and of a workshop on the future of CAMMAC

Dear friends,

On Saturday, June 20th,  at the Lake MacDonald Music Centre in Harrington QC at 11:30AM, we will hold our Annual General Assembly.  As a member of CAMMAC you are invited to attend.  There will be a report from the Board President, the annual audited statement of our books will be presented and other items will be discussed.  The AGM will be followed by a short Special General Assembly with one item on the agenda:  extension of the mandate of the Board President of CAMMAC by one year.  This will be followed by a workshop of members to discuss the future of CAMMAC.
