Download the Registration Form (in pdf-format - 220KB) and fill in the form.
Calculate the fees. Make a deposit or pay the full amount to reserve your place.
Payment options: by post with a cheque, by fax with a credit card number, by telephone with a credit card number (the form MUST follow in the mail or can be sent by fax or email with a scanned copy).
