Are you looking for places to perform in and around the Toronto area? Live Music for Live Audiences can help you make contact with audiences in retirement and nursing homes, hospitals and libraries. Help to brighten the day of people who perhaps do not get out much. See the link below under Playing Opportunities for more information and contact Martyn Rice, the co-ordinator of the group.
Monthly readings let you read through different works,
usually with choir and orchestra; occasionally orchestral
works or a cappella only.
The first half
of a reading is a "mini-rehearsal", and in the second half,
the work is "performed" with the participants as audience.
